What we clean
From the routine visit to the clean before you hand back the keys.
Not sure which one you need? Tell us what the place looks like and we'll say.
Routine cleaning
The regular clean for a home we come back to: kitchen, bathrooms, floors and the rest of the house.
“We have been using their cleaning services for a year or so now.”
Deep cleaning
Baseboards, blinds, bathrooms and windows. The clean for when a regular wipe-down isn't going to cut it.
“I needed a deep clean on the baseboards, windows, bathrooms, and blinds and they took care all of that and a few extras.”
Move-in and move-out
Empty homes before the keys change hands, from an apartment's move-out checklist to a whole house going on the market.
“I requested that my apartment manger’s cleaning checklist be completed after I moved and I feel confident that I’ll get my deposit back after using the service.”
Ovens, stoves and refrigerators
Inside the oven and its racks, the stove, and every shelf of the fridge. The photos above are the proof.
“My refrigerator, stove and kitchen were a hot mess. I was embarrassed to have someone see it. He tackled the job with professionalism and no judgment.”
Rental houses and apartments
Single-family rental houses and units in apartment buildings.
“Ronnie and his group did a great job cleaning one of my single family rental and 2 units in a small apartment building!”
Windows
Inside and out, arched ones included.
Windows on their own or as part of a deep clean or a move-out. That wall of windows in the photo is one of ours.
“This is the first time we have used the cleaning lady and we had them clean our windows inside and out Did a really nice job. Quick and efficient We will certainly use the company again”
“[...] While in-patient at a physical rehab facility, Ronnie worked time into his already busy days to get my house in order so that I could move in the equipment I needed to come home, and be able to navigate the house in a wheelchair. [...]”

“I couldn't be happier with the cleaning service! They did an amazing job, were quick and efficient, and truly went above and beyond my expectations. They paid attention to the details and left my home looking and feeling great. I'm extremely happy and satisfied with their work and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, thorough, and professional cleaning company. I will definitely be using them again! 🧹✨”
“Wonderful job on the windows!”
“Dang these guys are great. Mama's house is going on the market. Movers were still working inside. These guys agreed to come out the same day. Movers had to stay late and we postponed the cleaning start twice. Then we had them come and start while movers were still working. They showed up and went to town cleaning like a whirlwind. The place is immaculate. Amazing folks with a customer focus and hard work. I'd rate them off the scale.”
“They did such a great job and were super professional!!! The price was exactly in our range and they were very quick. We are so pleased with how our house looks now!!!! They went above and beyond and we will definitely use them in the future and obviously suggest them to anyone looking for a cleaning service.”
“Ronnie did an excellent job cleaning my neglected windows. He's professional, polite, and worked around my busy schedule. It's refreshing to find someone trust worthy that is willing to work and do a great job!”
“I have had the pleasure of two deep cleanings from this company and I am overjoyed at how long it has taken me to finally find a company that is not only does exceptional work, but they take pride in their work and pay attention to detail!! Another great reason I am choosing this company is because it's been a struggle to find a company that will come clean every six weeks and not charge me an arm and a leg just because I don't do weekly/biweekly/monthly cleanings!! I will be referring them and having them clean for me again and again!! GREAT JOB WELL DONE YOU 2!! 🙌🏽👏🏽”
“Highly recommend! They came out last minute to perform a deep cleaning on the home we just moved into and did a wonderful job! Staff was very kind and helpful! Would use again.”
“Ronnie and his lovely wife were fantastic. Here's the rundown: Came on short notice: drove an hour to get to my house: cleaned their little hearts out (washed windows and doors, cleaned appliances, swept and mopped floors upstairs and downstairs AND cleaned the stairs): showed up on time: communicated very well: wasn't afraid to ask questions: worth every penny. I'm very impressed. Even my husband was impressed and that's not an easy task. Bravo Thecleaninglady LLC”
“They are very friendly, they like dogs and they even do windows! Highly recommend. I've used them for regular cleaning and for move in/move out make ready cleaning.”
